SHIPPING

At Sniper Hockey we strive to provide the most flexible, economical residential shipping option to customers at the lowest shipping price. We offer a flat rate shipping of $15 for hockey sticks within Canada and $20 for USA. For international orders - please contact us for shipping quote.

We value our customers and ask for you to provide us with feedback on your order so we can work towards improving our standards to service you for years to come.

Placing an Order:
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can also call or email Sniper Hockey to place an order.

Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. All orders are subject to our verification process to authorize valid payment. In order to prevent fraudulent activity we must verify all "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses. Please make sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number that corresponds with the credit card or PayPal account you are using. All orders placed via PayPal must be shipped to the confirmed PayPal shipping address.  An error in the information submitted my cause a delay in the shipment or may have your order cancelled outright.

We cannot accept Wire Transfers, Money Orders, cash in the mail or ship COD.

Shipping remote:
We offer low cost shipping on orders to select locations across Canada. Sniper Hockey's low cost shipping is eligible to all Canadian residence excluding parcels shipped to the following rural Postal Codes:

    •    Northern Quebec ("J0" Postal Codes)
    •    Eastern Quebec ("G0" Postal Codes)
    •    Rural Newfoundland ("A0" Postal Codes)
    •    Northern Alberta ("T9K,T9J,T9H" Postal Codes)
    •    Rural Saskatchewan ("S0" Postal Codes)
    •    Rural Manitoba ("R0" Postal Codes)
    •    Rural Ontario ("P0" Postal Codes)
    •    Rural Nova Scotia ("B0" Postal Codes)
    •    Rural PEI ("C0" Postal Codes)
    •    Rural BC (V0" Postal Codes)

All orders will be shipped via courier of choice (Purolator, UPS, CanPar or Canada Post) at our discretion unless the receiving address is a PO Box which will be shipped by Canada Post. All parcels shipped via these methods have an expected delivery time of 1-7 business days. Changes to this policy may be made at anytime.

Shipping Options:
Purolator, CanPar or UPS Ground for Canadian orders (Canada Post for PO Boxes)
UPS Ground or FedEx Ground for USA orders or UPS Express/Air for International orders

Shipping Costs:
We charge a flat rate for shipping hockey sticks of $15 in Canada and $20 for USA. International orders will need to contact us for a quote. You are taking advantage of the discounted rates through Sniper Hockey Sticks!

Order Changes and Cancellations:
We strive to have all orders shipped out on the same or next business day. Due to this we are unable to make any changes to a order once it has been placed.  Please double check all information is correct before placing your order.
Once a order has been cancelled we are unable to reinstate the order. It is recommended that you replace the order online.

Shipping Address Change:
Once an order has been processed we are unable to change or edit a shipping address. You may cancel the order provided it has not shipped and replace the order online.

Undeliverable Shipments:
If an order is deemed "undeliverable" by the shipping company, it will be taken to the regional closest pick up facility and will remain there until you pick up the parcel. You can call for a redelivery on a day you are home for no additional charge. If you do not pick up the parcel after 5 business days, the parcel will be returned to us at your cost. Once the parcel is returned to Sniper Hockey, you will be refunded in full minus all shipping costs. This includes the cost to send the parcel to you AND the cost to return the parcel to us.

Delivery Estimates:
Once your order has been placed you will receive a notification including a "confirmation" email to confirm that your order has been placed, a "processing" email to confirm that your transaction has been approved and your order is awaiting shipment, and lastly a "fulfilled/shipped" email providing you with a tracking number so you can track your order from our door to yours.
